We were founded in 2016 with the vision of becoming a recognized and reputable company in the Montenegrin market, providing professional construction services. From the very beginning, we recognized the lack of high-quality laboratory testing of construction materials, and we started our path towards becoming one of the few accredited and reliable laboratories in the country.

We achieved that goal in 2021, when we obtained our first accreditation, marking the beginning of continuous growth and an increasing share in the market of laboratory testing of construction materials in Montenegro. Today, we are a representative and well-recognized partner with a clear tendency for further expansion of our activities.

In parallel with the development of the laboratory, the segment of providing construction services also evolved – from the design of various types of structures and preparation of technical documentation for low-rise and high-rise construction projects, to professional supervision and project management. From the very beginning, we have held licenses issued by the competent ministries for the provision of all these services.

We have also developed a segment focused on managing construction projects (project management), as well as performing construction works in the field of civil engineering.

We especially emphasize our expertise in the area in which we are recognized as one of the few companies in Montenegro and the region engaged in the design of hydraulic structures at sea, as well as in managing their construction.

Recently, we expanded our portfolio of licenses to include project revision and supervision of construction works, further confirming our professionalism and dedication to quality.
